I feel so lucky to have met Beth.
I’ve been working with her for a few months now and she really is inspirational. She has a talent for getting to the root causes to why I react the way I do to certain situations. If I’ve struggled to articulate how I’m feeling her questions are always spot on and provide clarity. She has helped me visualise the thoughts and feelings that block me from moving forward. Then to come up with strategies to manage negativity and destructive habits.
Beth makes you feel anything is possible, is kind understanding and truly wants the best for her clients.

Working with Beth was by far the best investment I have ever made.
By investing time into myself I was able to discuss my professional and personal goals as well as address some of the anxieties I had been battling with from years ago.
Beth created a welcoming and safe environment where I could trust and discuss my feelings freely with no judgement or bias. The sessions themselves were organic but worked through clear tools and techniques to help me in everyday life. No topic was off limits – I could talk to Beth about anything.
The sessions challenged me, inspired me and gave me a launch pad to build a professional and personal plan to better my future. But most importantly Beth helped me regain confidence, become honest with myself and be kind to myself.
I had never tried Life Coaching before and all I can say is I wish I had reached out sooner. I can’t recommend Beth enough – she is professional, down to earth, perceptive, empathic and creates motivating sessions.

Jay Stone, Stone Changes
We were delighted to have Beth Hope working across a variety of Stone Changes initiatives and programmes.
As part of The Change Café: a series of interviews with experts across change psychology, management and leadership, and as part of The Manager’s Tribe coffee-morning: a virtual safe haven for female professional managers, Beth shared invaluable insights around ‘Confidence during Change’ and how we can tap into a renewable source of authentic confidence even in the most challenging of times.
Beth also contributed to a newly launched coaching e-learning programme catered towards women leaders and delivered a well-received module of video classes on Authentic Confidence. Beth also participated as a guest speaker in the Event Manager >> Project Manager Series, a programme of coffee chats aiming to support Event Managers who are facing redundancy and by drawing on both her events and HR background, Beth delivered an excellent session sharing practical interview techniques and tricks.
It has been a pleasure working with Beth, a true ray of sunshine in what has been a dark time for many.
