Something I notice often in coaching, and rarely hear talked about honestly.

The leaders who are most depleted are rarely the ones who look it. They're performing. Delivering. Holding everything together. From the outside, everything looks fine.

But something is off. The thinking is slower. The energy is there, just about, but it's costing more to access than it should.

You don't need to be burnt out to deserve attention. Depletion counts too.
