I first began work with Beth Hope in 2020, as an individual contributor working for Smartsheet Ltd. I was at a crossroads in my career, where I had been invited to interview for a position in management at the organisation. This was the basis of the beginning of my work with Beth at &Hope - and it was a success! 

However, the step to move from an individual contributor to a first line manager opened up a new perspective for me on the power of coaching, and Beth’s unique and valuable approach to both personal and professional coaching unlocked a combination of mindset, competence and confidence that has supported me throughout my career. Since beginning our work: 

• We have spent over 70 hours of 121 coaching sessions.
